Surgery,whereitiswarranted.
Facelift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, fat transfer and reconstructive procedures.
Injectables first, if injectables will do it.
Plastic surgeryA good surgical consultation often ends without surgery. Where volume or a line is the problem, that is treated in the aesthetics clinic downstairs and costs a fraction as much.
Where skin has genuinely descended, no injectable will lift it, and being told that clearly is more useful than being sold a course of something that will not work.
