Breastsurgery,plannedcarefully.
Augmentation, reduction, lift, reconstruction and revision, by a qualified plastic surgeon.
Two consultations before a date is set.
Plastic surgeryBreast surgery changes something you live with permanently, so the planning is deliberately slow. Sizing, implant choice or tissue technique, scar position and recovery are all settled before anything is booked.
Reconstruction after mastectomy is done in the same theatre and to the same standard as cosmetic work, and is discussed alongside your oncology team.

Treatments available
- Breast enlargement
- Surgical procedure to increase breast size using implants or fat transfer. Enhances breast volume and shape for a fuller appearance, often chosen for cosmetic or reconstructive reasons.
- Breast implant replacement
- Procedure to remove and replace existing breast implants. Typically done due to implant complications, desire for a different size or type, or changes in aesthetic preferences.
- Breast lift
- Surgical technique to elevate and reshape sagging breasts. Removes excess skin and tightens tissue to improve firmness and positioning, enhancing overall breast contour.
- Breast reconstruction
- Surgical process to rebuild the breast shape after mastectomy or trauma. Uses implants or autologous tissue to recreate a natural-looking breast, aiming for symmetry and a natural appearance.
- Breast reduction
- Procedure to decrease breast size and weight by removing excess tissue, fat, and skin. Reduces physical discomfort and improves proportion and symmetry for a more balanced figure.
- Natural breast enlargement
- Methods to increase breast size without surgery, such as through exercises, dietary changes, or herbal supplements. Results vary, and efficacy is often less dramatic than surgical options.
- Nipple reduction
- Surgical procedure to reduce the size or change the shape of the nipples. Commonly done for aesthetic reasons or to address physical discomfort caused by enlarged nipples.
- Breast revision surgery
- Breast revision surgery corrects or improves results from prior breast procedures, such as augmentation or reconstruction. It addresses issues like implant displacement, capsular contracture, or dissatisfaction with the previous outcome.
