Acne and acne scars at The Chelmer Clinic

Acneistreatable.

Active acne, rosacea and the scarring left behind, assessed and treated by a dermatologist.

Acne is a medical condition first.

Dermatology

Persistent acne is driven by hormones, bacteria and oil production, and it responds to a treatment plan rather than a facial. The plan starts with working out which of those is doing the damage.

Scarring is treated separately and later, once the active disease is controlled. Treating scars while acne is still breaking out produces new scars.
