It depends on the condition and how long it has been present. Some things settle within weeks, others are managed over months. You will be given a realistic timeline at the consultation rather than after you have paid.
The protocols here are chosen for the skin in front of us. Pigmentation behaves differently on deeper skin types, and settings that work elsewhere can make it worse, so they are not used.
